Worst experience ever. Stay away! Nothing but headache. During the duration of my lease, they called me multiple times accusing me of not paying rent. When I explain everything was paid in full and they have the money orders, I get shut down often leading to them talking over me and escalating it to a shouting match were I just hang up on them. After hanging up, they would call me a few minutes later saying that they found it and it was misplaced. The unit I rented constantly leaked during a good thunderstorm, flooding one of the bedrooms and the kitchen, despite multiple work orders, and a clearly clogged gutter that is causing the problem, they only came out once to do repairs because it was coming through the ceiling. The repair was just to put a piece of painted plywood on the ceiling and leave. The unit was an electrical nightmare with live wires dangling from the basement ceiling, to a switch/plug combo being wired with speaker wire, to wires being incorrectly connected leaving exposed wiring at head level. Upon move out, they completely closed down their office due to "move in season" so I had to resort to putting the keys and everything else that was needed in an envelope and drop it into the door drop. I attempted to place multiple phone calls just for confirmation that they have received it and everything was good and I didn't hear back til a week after the move out date. One of the head employees said the apartment was in immaculate condition with the exception of some soap scum in the bathtub. I finally received my security deposit back and $200 of it was taken due to repairs and cleaning. The cleaning included standard vacuuming and basic maintenance that every renal agency needs to do before a new tenant (not due to my negligence), and for a light bulb replacement of which the socket wasn't operational due to them fixing the speaker wire switch. If you like stress and a unit that is in an unlivable condition, this is the rental agency for you.
